Where can I park my car?”

We recommend Aimo Park Skrapan, located in the same building as the hotel. The rate is 200 SEK per day. You’ll also find parking at Aseatorget, just a short walk away (subject to availability).

What are the opening hours for the garage?

The garage is open for entry from 05:00 to 00:00 and for exit 00:00–24:00.

What time is check-in?

We guarantee check-in from 3:00 PM

What time is check-out?

You can keep your room until check-out at 12:00 PM

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome, but we charge a fee of 350 SEK per stay for extra cleaning.

Can I pay with cash?

No, we are a cash-free hotel

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and is free of charge.

Can I use the gym?

As a hotel guest, you can work out for free at Studio Plaza, located on the ground floor.

Is breakfast included?

All room rates include breakfast

What happens if I forget something at the hotel?

We store forgotten items for up to three months. After that, they are recycled.

Are you eco-certified?

We are Green Key certified

Is there a minimum age to stay at the hotel?

All guests must be at least 18 years old to stay at the hotel. Children are welcome when staying with an adult.

Do you have an age limit for the gym/sauna?

Guests must be 18 years old to use the gym, Studio Plaza. The sauna has no age limit, but children must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the sauna mixed?

No, the saunas are separate for men and women

How close are you to the Central Station?

Yes, we’re located just 350 meters from the Central Station

Do you have charging stations for electric cars?

We offer charging stations at our sister hotel, available for 395 SEK per night (including charging)

Is access to the spa included in the room rate?

No, access to the spa is not included in the room rate but can be added separately

What are the opening hours for Skybar?

Monday–thursday: 5:00 PM –11:00 PM Friday: 4:00 PM –1:00 AM Saturday: 2:00 PM –1:00 AM

Is there an age limit for Skybar?

18 years

What are the reception opening hours?

Open 24 hours!

Do you have a playroom for children?

No, but during school holidays we set up the Plaza Playground with various activities for children

Can you accommodate special diets at breakfast?

Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.

Do you offer rooms for guests with disabilities?

We have accessible rooms on floors 2–4

Do you have allergy-friendly rooms?

Do you clean the rooms every day?

Yes, rooms are cleaned daily unless you hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door.

Do you have a defibrillator?

Yes, we have an AED (defibrillator) available at the hotel

Can I bring my cat?

We’re sorry, but only dogs are allowed at the hotel.

Do you have rooms with a shower or bathtub?

Most of our rooms have bathtubs, but we also have rooms with showers.

Is there a fridge in the room?

All our suites include a refrigerator. If you’d like one in another room, simply let us know before arrival and we’ll arrange it free of charge.

Can I make special requests for my room?

We do our best to meet all requests whenever possible

Can I pay for the room by invoice?

We offer invoicing for companies. To arrange this, please send your billing details three days before arrival so we can perform a credit check and confirm approval.
