GREEN KEY
ECO-CERTIFIED
Eco-certified by Green Key
We are proud to be eco-certified by Green Key, a leading international environmental certification for hotels and conference venues. Green Key operates in over 90 countries and is supported by both the World Tourism Organization and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
Being eco-certified means that we take responsibility for the environment in our daily operations. Our environmental policy is based on careful and proactive choices that reduce our impact on the climate and nature.
Our approach
Our environmental policy means that we make active choices in our operations with care and attention, always from an environmental perspective.
We primarily choose locally produced and organic ingredients.
We ensure that all goods and materials are purchased responsibly and with environmental awareness.
We measure and monitor our energy and water consumption to reduce our use of resources.
We sort our waste according to the available recycling categories.
We continuously train and inform our staff to ensure active environmental work.

World Vegetarian Day
- On October 1, we celebrate World Vegetarian Day – a global event highlighting the benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle for health, animals, and the environment. We support this day and encourage everyone to learn more, get involved, and help spread awareness.
Food walk
- We are happy to take part in Lokala Hjälpen’s Food Walks, where the entire registration fee goes to charity. An initiative that combines the joy of food with local community support.
